Regular cleaning is ongoing maintenance: bathrooms and kitchen washed down, surfaces cleaned, dusting, floors cleaned and carpets vacuumed. Deep cleaning goes further: bathroom walls, trim, windows, cabinets, light fixtures and vents, plus kitchen cabinets and every appliance.
With standard and deep cleaning, the interiors of the oven, refrigerator and cabinets are available as add-ons. Move-in and move-out cleaning includes all three as standard. Add-ons are priced together with your quote, based on size and condition.

No. Our team brings its own supplies and equipment to every job. If you would prefer we use clean, plant-based products, or you would rather we work with products you already have at home, just let us know when you book — there is no extra charge either way.
Clean & Shiny has six cleaners working across two teams. Standard cleanings are typically handled by a smaller team, while deep, move-out and post-construction jobs are usually done by a team of three so they can be finished in a single visit.
A standard cleaning takes 2–4 hours depending on the size of the home. Deep cleaning runs 3–5 hours, move-in/move-out 3–6 hours, and post-construction 4–6 hours, each with a team of three. Commercial spaces generally take 1–3 hours depending on size.
